Hearing ideas from Canadians is what keeps our Liberal movement strong, growing, and innovative – and that wouldn’t be possible without your involvement.

The platform that Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team presented to Canadians in 2015 was based on a long thread of hundreds of thousands of conversations, and as we look toward the next election in 2019, new conversations and policy ideas will play an important role in shaping the future direction of our party and our country.

Get involved now with our new Policy Resolution Online Forum. This new forum was developed to engage Canadians in a collaborative discussion about the 39 policy resolutions submitted by grassroots Liberals from coast to coast to coast - the most open policy development process in Canadian politics.

Get Started

This process is open to any Registered Liberal who wishes to help shape the future of our movement through constructive conversations and the exchange of ideas. The online comment period will remain open until February 14, 2018, and online voting will open from March 4 to March 18. Results of the online voting and the top 30 policy resolutions will be published on March 26.

These top 30 resolutions will be debated at the 2018 Liberal National Convention, and 15 will be prioritized. A resolution is not a passed policy of the party until it has earned majority support as a priority at the 2018 Liberal National Convention.
